Born leaders are not necessarily born good workers?

  .agree or not? Most people who have leadership qualitites only excel in Organisational, Psychological, communicational orientation. They know nuts about being someone under a leader, agree?
  
  Being under someone needs alot of discipline and concentration being on the ground taking orders. A worker is concentrated on intricate details while the leader views the big picture to accomplish the task ahead The difference between the both of them.
