Choosing a PDA - pls help me to make a decision

I need suggestions and opinions to help me decide between
1) HP iPAQ hw6515e
2) O2 atom.
3) Dopod
My critical needs - calendar/schedule to login my appointments, internet access with java script - GRPS, WiFi, camera, phone, GPS, touch screen, alarm clock only.
Price is not an issue. Size of PDA doesn't matter. I'm just not sure about the following points on the above 3 items:
1) Limitations and differences - what I can do with one and can't do with the other.
2) User-friendliness
3) Value for money.
4) Aftersales service
If you were me, of the 3 items which will you pick and why?

i think what u should be asking is which PDA-Phone to get.

from what you wrote, you do have a a huge list of critical needs.
A PDA-Phone can only be a good PDA or a good Phone. Hardly at both.
1. calender/schedule - can download from PPCSG;
2. WIFI - built-in gd, no, get a SD-Wifi Card;
3. Camera - statndard 1MP tp 1.3MP, but bear in mind PDA-Phone or any phone camera are never meant to be Cannon EOS 350;
4 - GPS - built in good, no, get a SD-GPS card;
5- Touch screen usually comes as standard for PDA-Phones;
6 - Alarm Clock - can always download from PPCSG;

jus to add on to that, if you're choosing between those 3 you have listed, in my opinion, you can leave HP6515 out.
but then again, if you really do need a good PDA for work, den get a good PDA and not a hybrid. You need GPS, WIFI.. etc.
otherwise, my take will be the O2 atom -
I'm currently using a blackberry which I have trouble accessing Internet as it doesn't support java-script. It's non-upgradable so i'm pretty fed-up
I need a PDA-Phone but more emphasis on PDA than Phone.
As said, budget is not a problem and I've narrow down to the 3 models -
1) HP iPAQ hw6515e
2) O2 atom
3) Dopod 818 Pro
I realised that O2 mini and O2 atom are very similar. Apart from O2 mini not having WiFi, everything else should be the same right?
Is O2 and Dopod the same company or just OEM? They look so similar, except on the colour variety.
I'm tempted to get HP iPAQ hw6515e as I'm pretty used to QWERTY keyboard on Blackberry.

I wil choose the O2 atom for the feature, processor used, screen colour and after sales support. iPaq might be bit tricky to use due to the keypad, the screen is smaller too. All 3 are using the latest Windows Mobile OS 5. 
go to the shop to try them out. determine 2 for comparison first. -

I will still prefer O2 Atom... O2 PDA-Phones are one of the best..
