  i enrolled on 19/11/2005.
  
  passed basic theory.
  final theory on 06/01/2006.
  now practical.

  well, i wanted a bike but my parents don't allow. since they wanna pay for my motorcar lessons, all the better.

  lets clarify.
  
  anyone who is born 1987 or earlier can enrol at age 18
  
  those born on 1988 or after can only enrol at 21 earliest.
  
  law changed.
  
  and of course those 1988 ppl cannot enrol this year rite?

  this year, they're all still 17. so cannot.
