talking about foreing talent, it is veru true that garment likes malaysians more than locals.
Examples? CJ Yong Pung How is Penang. 50% of lecturers in some governement schools are malaysians, 90% of Seagate and Maxtor staff are Malaysian..
still, i believe there is a story behind these majority malaysian stories on a political aspect. -
