  heehee sounds quite a nice place.. thanks thanks... so i'm expecting to pay ard 100 plus for a meal without the lobster soup rite? and the food got other stuff besides french and italian cuisine isit?

  Dun worry, it doesnt revolve at a fast speed, probably takes half an hour to go one complete round.

  The building is still there but the restaurant is closed.
  
  As for Overseas Union House, the round thingy is not a restaurant.

  The best views would be up Mandarin, which is the highest of all the 3 restaurants.
