It's still too early to predict your performance in the o-levels from your current math and science results. Based on your interest, it is likely that you would choose a subject combination in future that suits your interests and capability, so your o-levels results should not be too bad.
It's already good that you identify your weakness and you are asking for help - I would think that's good. Meanwhile, break down your targets to manageable parts - for instance, if getting 50 for a test is very difficult, start with getting 30, and increase the challenge of your goals as you achieve. Also, get your parents to understand your difficulties and manage their expectations in the process. Show them in actions of course that you are trying hard so they wouldn't push you too much.
