Dutch Lady Condensed Milk

  Today I went to the NTUC supermarket, I wanted to buy that condensed milk. So I went to the shelf and take one. But I pressed the top of the cover and have the pop-out thing, so I took another one also like that........... All of them are like that ! So I went to Cold Storage and check it out, also like that.
  Is the packaging like that, or there is something wrong with it

  If at first don't have that pop out look then it's alright, meaning that there isn't any air inside the can, which is safe. If you itchy finger go and press press then got air go in already of course it pops out.

  Ur so called "pop out" thing is similar to those on jam jars to checked whether it has been opened before, if it's popped out, it means its been open & shld be rejected.
  
  But all along, I thought condensed milk was sold in tins? U need a can opener to open them rite?
