Just heard a friend working in a private company complaining. His boss will always make an anonymous phone call around 8 to 830 to check whether anyone is already in the office. The boss himself will come around 11.
If not boss whoelse will call in and just wait for someone to pick up and then hang up without saying a single word?
Anyone got similar boss like the one of my friend? Quite sick when i heard this, i mean, if u trust ur ppl, just don't call. Or if u really want to check, then say a hi or something on the phone lah. dun just hang up like spy like dat. -
