Ok dude...
I assumed the 14 kg is for preacher curls...
Example of a routine...
1st set - 20 reps
2nd set - 10 reps
3rd set - 6 reps
Doing 6 sets for 10 reps maybe abit tiring for Ur muscles for one single exercise. Wat is Ur rest time interval btw sets?
Maybe U might wanna train Ur bodyparts once a week. E.g. biceps on mon, triceps on tue etc. Rem not to train too much so as to avoid overtraining.
Have enuf rest to allow Ur muscles to recover fully before the next training session
Power training...
Maybe U wanna try doing traditional power lifting/compound movements e.g. bench press, clean and press, deadlift and squats.
Dun train high sets, train for low reps and heavy weight if U wanna increase Ur strength.
For pull ups, maybe U wanna try training on a assisted pull up machine until U can do the pull up on a free bar.
As for Ur back, have U seen a doc abt Ur condition, do U haf past injuries? If U haf, maybe U wanna consult Ur doc before starting on a training program. Strengthen Ur lower back by doing exercises such as hyperextensions and good mornings and Ur core muscles such as Ur abs and obliques.
If U really wanna train heavy, maybe U wanna invest in a training belt.
Try to clean up Ur diet and eat more proteins. Maybe U can invest on some supplements that r beneficial to Ur training such as creatine. (I advise consulting a doc before beginning to use any supplements) I am nt an expert in nutritional information. Maybe the rest can help.
Good Luck for Ur training...
