erm... chio bu?

I wanna clear things up..
I have a friend whose grandparents speak hokkien and so he's very fluent in the dialect.
he once said that chio means buxom instead of pretty so chio bu actually means "buxom girl" instead of "pretty girl"; that means we singaporeans have been using the word wrongly, labeling small-chested yet pretty girls a "chio bu" and a buxom yet ugly girl a non-"chio bu".
can anybody confirm this? -

but the word means buxom girl -
that's why the o=yoounger generration cannot learn the dialects correct...unlike the common chinese chracters or other languages that have meanings of words and phrases all documented and covered and published as dictionary, thesaraus and textbooks for learning etc.
of course u will not doubt the words of an older and wiser man...but to glorify and mmake the dialect accepted and understood worldwide...u need to document it...and with proves.

sweety-pie or yu nu is no where termed as chio. chio is a rude word used to describe gals, in another word it mean the gal is fuckable.
but in sg it is a praise to any gals cos it mean they make men go horny.

Based on my years of observation in here and if what she post in this forum every now and then is true then I think she belong to those meaty category. She claims she is BoA look alike. She got big boobs and tree trunk thighs so can roughly imagine she fall into which category. A bit not careful will fall into over weight category
