But the scarey question is; will a human soul go into an animal life form, or are only human souls meant for human life forms? -

I don't believe in reincarnation....once you die it's either heaven or hell.

I think Earth is either Heaven or Hell.
So far, I note that no one has come back from yonder to say whether there's a Hell or a Heaven. -

1.from buddist view. it is call liu dao lun hui. in english should b e 6 path reincarnation. 6 paths r, human, deities n ah xiu luo dao(gd 1s), hungry ghost, hell n chu shen/animals path(bad 1s). animals include are that u know. tigers lions dogs cats, insects, marine living creature, birds n fowls. so if during a persons life time he did lots of gd tings. he would go to e 3 gd 1s, he not then e 3 bad 1s.
2. i once read a book"many lives many masters" by brian L weiss, M.D. his a psycho working for more than 20yrs in USA. in e book. he talks about how 1 of his patient change his tinking n convince him in believeing about reincarnation. when he first met this patient, first he use conventional method such as counselling n give medicines. however, after treating the patient for about 18mths. nothing seems to work. so at that time. he did something he never did b4. he hypnotherapy e patient. intending only to bring e patient back to her childhood. but wat he heard was not wat he had expected!!! e patient actually went back to many many lives ago. eg. she remmebers on a sunny morning, she was carrying a pot of water, together with a few girls. they were walking up a PYRAMID!

From the Buddhist point of view, animals certainly have feelings and is a sentient lifeforms. Thats why we should have compassion for them too.Originally posted by BizarreRocksD12:but animals dont have souls -

To those interested: I recommend googling on Dr Ian Stevenson. He has done great amount of research into reincarnation and provides many evidences.

For me, I have seen many cases of people remembering past lives, and some direct 'evidences', so even though I have not rememberd my own past lives, I certainly do believe in reincarnation.
