  i want to sign in my msn, but it says contact list unavailable. wth is this? anyone help?

  my msn prob is damn strange leh...the msn thingy at my taskbar keep turnin around and around meanin that it's singin in...then after a while saying how many new mesages i hav in my inbox...but the thing is still turnin around and around, still in the process of signin in
