  Aids don't spread like common cold.
  there is no need to take precautionary measures unless u intend to have intimate relationship with him/her.
  they are oso humans, ppl should never discriminate them.

  I would handle him as a normal person, I don't make differences between persons who are in something "different" then the rest.

  I usually don't share it even with friends. Only with close persons. But theoretically I would share it when I would be 100% sure he has no wound in mouth or on the tongue and so do I.
