my benQ dvd drive

  ok,i need some real fav here.not stawbery,but about my dvd drive.
  
  -whenever i insert a dvd game in my dvd drive,no autoplay pops up.
  -so i went to "my computer"right click on the dvd drive and click autoplay,and this appear

  -sometimes the error just pops up after i insert a dvd game
  -and my dvd drive makes my computer hangs whenever i insert a dvd game.i will load like 1 min to explore my dvd drive.
  
  I need help here.please help!i'll be very thankful!

  right-click on your My Computer folder, go to properties,hardware and finally device manager->IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers. Right click on secondary and choose properties. Go to the advanced settings tab and choose PIO only for "transfer mode".

  er no...under device manager u are to click teh section 'IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers'
