Is JB's Pelangi a crime infested place?

  There was a Singaporean shot dead at a coffeeshop at Tmn Pelangi years back
  
  That OCBC clerk that slipped into coma aft a snatchtheft also occured there
  
  Now a Singaporean faced 4 gun shots and left injuried there also...
  
  Is Pelangi really a crime infested place?

  just look at e recent news. of police taking bribe, recording pictures of ppl undressing n some of their top officers attitude when responding to the media over the recent months on thosechina women cases. cats r suppose to catch mouse. but when cats also behave like mouse. then ..... e result will b wat u c now. malaysia boleh!

  Hmm, Taman Pelangi was where I used to lived
  
  Used to be peaceful there
  
  But then, I think its the whole of JB. My relatives living there told me that every part of JB is now ridden with crimes, some which went unreported in the news.
