Any Way To Send SMS For Free Via Internet?

  Hi all, is there any way we can send sms thru the internet? I remember using such a service when I was in the Philippines but I cannot remember the website. I am not refering to the internet sms service provided for subscibers of m1, starhub, singtel etc
  
  Are there websites where one can register to send sms to anyone whether in Singapore or anywhere in the world?

  i got a lot of invites from sms.ac, but does it allow free sms-es?

  but the recipient hv to activate it
  and mus pay 10cts per msg received.

  I am m1 user & can send from m1 website with the usual charges. Sending to a group also a hassle. Looking for a more convenient platform to send to group of friends etc.
  
  Don't mind paying a reasonable fee ... is there software that does this?

  Spamming? Don't be so narrow minded lah ...
  
  Say you got a team of 20 or 30 people who report to you or you have a group of friends; fishing, cycling kaki etc ... tired to use mobile phone all the time right? Old man ... eyesight no good, now mobile phone all so small one... I know can do group send ... but typing so much easier than using mobile phone keypad.
  
  Some more sit in front of PC most of the day ... easy to just type and click away right?
