  Beside looking at the steering wheel, you can also observe the undercarriage esp when you are driving behind a RX300 and a Toyota Harrier 2.4. RX300 is AWD whereas Harrier is 2WD. Furthermore you can look at the side kerb mirror presense in the Harrier. However the latter can be remove.
