how to write the title starting wif:
1.danger at home
2.descible the setting, atmosphere, feeling and activities of your neighbourhood on a rainy day

where is home but a place where you can feel safe, and relax... where fear and danger is never in your mind...
peril.. is danger.. if there is danger in the home, that's where you are most ill-prepared, because as abovementioned, you relax and never think of it..
when you are in danger and are ill-prepared, that's when fear strikes...
and that is why "peril strikes fear at home"

There are a million ways to start a paragraph. You won't be able to till you have an idea what you want to write -

Let us see...
What you can do for number one is try to think of hazards not involving physical harm. What about emotional conflicts? Sibling animosity? Parental pressure? Be creative. You may want to write it as an expository, which may seem tough, but it would be worthwhile if you can complete it. What you can do too is plan your essay in an orderly fashion, starting with the "types of danger," then "its sources," "its effects" and "prevention methods." This is just a sketchy guide to help you get going. What you are strongly encouraged to do though, is to define the term danger first. Hope that helps.

yeah.. i think everyone's given enough ideas for him/her to try
besides, it's all about imagination.. and using the tools in your possession (here, it's language)
as with all essays, i would say, take about 5 minutes to think about it and imagine... or if it's homework, take an hour..
