When taking Business Class, can one request for something outside of the menu?
Which Business Class lounge for which airline/airport is the best? -

There are a few SIA lounges.
SilverKris is only for people flying First/Business class like Mr.Durai and PPS member.
On the plane, you cannot order out of menu. However, you can order 'Book the cook' 24 hours before your flight. -
Of course when you "book the cook", they don't mean it literally. Can't say the same for TT Durai though.

first class:
seat can reclined 180 degree. means that it can become your bed. You can ask the stewardness to made it as a bed for you. She will put tilam, blanket and pillows for u.
can adjust temperature of the cabin.
makan also better.
Disadvantage: stewardness not pretty and old.
Business class:
cannot recline to flat. steardness better than first class. -

SIA first class cost - in the range of 15~20K (depends on distance)
SIA raffles class cost - in the range of 7~11K (depends on distance)
Business class has generally 3 main courses: appetizer, main course , dessert.
Plus you get appertif before and drinks of your choice later. Basically, they are very well taken care of.
No you cannot self order food. You can do thet on 1st class i think.
Still, bus class is damn comfortable. Reclined seat, huge variety of shows, too much food....well, it's class. -

business can upgrade to first.
if economy is crowded, business class upgraded to the first class.
and the economy class people will be ugpraded to business.
above is common sense and it's a procedure.
I think your friend cheated u. ( Unless the plane doens't have business class lah)
