using the PCs at libraries

  hi all,
  
  suppose that we want to use the PC at the libraries(Jurong library, National library etc.), what do we have to do? also, where do we make the bookings?
  is there a max time limit etc.?

  The computers available for use at libraries is limited to setting of an account with them. You top-up your prepaid credits using a cashcard and log in the computer with your user id and password. There's no limit to your use as long as you have sufficient funds in your account. It's on a first come first basis, thus no booking required.
