hand leg very slow at hello shop. waited for an hour!

  very inefficient, the queue wasn't long (only about 10+ people), but it took me 1 hour to get my turn.
  
  i think most people will just go authorised dealer as well. but one thing i found is those authorised dealers don't really know many things oso. they can answer you basic thing. but if you ask more they are gong gong already.

  I figure that my friend working in hello shop is more friendly and honest (at least to me I hope )than the neighbourhood ah beng.

  I only went to the Hello shop at Orchard once before to sign up for a new plan, and I was quite impressed with the service. There wasn't really a long queue, so I got served quite promptly. The guy attending to me was really quite nice and friendly and knowledgeable. His service was really good and made me feel good too, so when he asked me to do a customer satisfaction survey later I agreed and gave him good comments.

  i must say that their service is good. just take too long.
  
  maybe cann't have the best of two worlds at the same time.
