why i couldn't use GPRS with my phone anymore?

  it always tells me connection failed
  
  i remember it was ok few months back.
  
  Now, it can only use WAP (Dialup), but not WAP (GPRS)
  
  why??

  It is likely that you may have set a wrong access point name by mistake.

  my setting is correct. just it doesn't get connected. Do I need to specially turn on GPRS service for my phone? But, I used it before and I didn't turn it off anyhow leh.

  you have to ask the service provider to on it for you.

  i think u visit singtel/m1/starhub shop better.
  
  if u could log on using always on connection, then u shld be able to use it without activation.
