Is it small or big? If not too painful, try to burst it wif a small needle. And quickly apply body/foot powder to keep your feet dry. And remember to wear a pair of good socks.

small blister leave it be.
big blister with lots of pus inside, suggest poke it as Manager said, but leave the skin there, it'll protect the raw area against bacteria infection, which may be quite painful.
if the blister is in an area that encounter lots of friction, like on the feet, then might want to put a plaster there. otherwise it's better to leave it exposed to air. let it dry out. -
rub candlewax onto your shoe lining.

puke a hole in the skin, dry, put plaster... go home remove plaster immediately

blister not as bad.. once my shoes cut my foot... it bled... no blister... bleed immediately -

Dont break the blister. Just let it be. If burst, use a sterile gauze to dress it to prevent infection. Bursting may cause scarring.

big just poke and dry it. I warn u dont hand itchy go peel all the skin. if u peel until one big patch skin gone.. no need walk already.

las time i had painful blisters which is like years ago when i was still a kid...i hav swimming lessons and soak my feet for a long time so the skin got wrinkles all over...then i poke it
