Y Apple Mobile offers SGH-E730 at $248 while Hello Shop 298?

Why?
The Apple mobile phone (Clementi one) always cheaper than Hello Shop only, even though it is under Singtel plan.
I remember last time it sold K700i at $148 and extra 1 battery, while Hello Shop at $198 and no extra battery.
Now, I see Samsung E730 at $248, another $50 off. Why?? Any catch?
I think I need to go to this shop to buy liao. -

hp from hello shop can 1 to 1 exchange if spoil.
hp from ah beng shop tell you wait for 2 week. some still say ' bo bao ho hor'
