  my friend's husky pup here in Canada ....
  
  this doggie can't stand the heat ... put him in a room with the heater up for too long he'll be panting with his tongue hanging out ... even in winter he likes to romp and sleep outside ...
  
  I think it'll be cruel to keep this kind of cold weather doggie in Singapore though ...

  Agreed... read up abit on them from Wikipedia ( )... seems like the have 2 furcoats... and are bred in the colder countries.

  i guess at least a thousand bucks for a puppy... if blue eyed or champion bloodline, will be even more expensive.. But honestly, it is a very beautiful dog and best kept as a companion...

  i dont think so... though siberian husky looks like a wolf, but it's character does not resembles a wolf.. it is very loyal and gentle to it's owner... looks can be deceiving...

  Others have told me that it is best not keep it with other pet like rabbit or guinea pig for they will kill them because of their strong hunting instinct
