  i had a blouse tts made of "paper"
  but of cos it's not paper
  but some kind of "paper" material

  Some of the doctors those lazy to do laundry ones... instead of giving you a cloth gown to wear they give you paper one right? Those use for x-ray/checkup use one time throw away...
  
  unless the doctor still cheapo... recycle the paper gown.

  It depends. To some X-Ray centre, using paper gown is cheaper for them to maintain as they're small size, etc.
