java applet help needed urgently! i'm willing to offer a fee

hihi there,
i'm currently a student... and i'm having problem doing my assignment....
i'm require to do a java applet of a sine wave, with two scrollbars as input.
i've totally no idea to it. In school, we are taught storing data, retrieving data
and such.... i totally cant do this assigment. by hook or by crook i have to submit else i cant proceed to the next semester.
do u think u can help me with it? of course at a cost of a fee...
i'm really at my last resort.. i really have no choice.. can i pay u a reasonable fee to quote my assignment out? pls quote me a fee... i need the help asap.. thanks

I don't understand, what do you mean by :two scrollbars as input", and storing and retrieving data, you mean to a relational database, or what ? .... firstly, have you coded an applet before ? a GUI ? ... can you be more specific ? ... -

If he takes 10 minutes to complete it at $150 USD a hour , it's reasonable.
If he takes 1 month to complete it at $5 SGD a hour , it's dumb -

There's an EEE forum that does all the coding for you. I dunno where is it coz I don't use it, but I know it exists.
