do u like to go for sales when the supposedly designer labels on sale and the whole place very pasar malam n messy?
r u the type who can tahan long queues and change quickly in the fitting rooms?
wat r some useful tips or advice u can suggest to ppl who wanna go on a sales hunt this festive season?
eg. wat footwear to wear...clothes so as to ensure convenient changing of clothes etc -
for warehouse sale,
go in groups
grab anything and everything first
go one corner and try
ask 1 person to queue at the checkout counter
take turns
(neber personally try before, ppl say one)
actually im not very good at cheonging sales...
cos i hate crowds and i dun like having to upturn the whole rack to find a suitable piece...
and partly bcos i have oredi forgot how to shop....
im so used to shopping online liao -
change in public meh? there r fitting rooms mah. any short cuts or tips to see the clothes and knw whether it fit or not without having to personally try it on?

for ladies, wear something tight fit....like tank top or spag strap or tube
so u can try clothes on the spot without the need of fitting rooms.....
below wear tights of hot pants....
if ur figure is very standard (like mine), u know wat size definitely can fit
so u dun even relli need to try
and by experience, hold up the top and u will know whether it fits u onot......
for bottoms, it's better to try...... -

today i saw a piece of chinos i like and the waist fits me at Ralph Lauren...after entering the fitting room i have to put it back because the 'butt' area dun suit me hahaha

I don't go to warehouse sales primarily because
1. location very ulu
2. brands don't appeal
3. even if brands appeal, stock is usually blah
However I like store sales.
1. go during off-peak hours to avoid long Qs.
2. bring whatever store cards you have
3. wear light, tight & stretchy. skirts preferred.
4. footwear should be comfortable slides - easy to slip in and out
5. bring shoulder carry or sling bags, roomy is better so you can consolidate bags
I don't shop with company, even less so during sale where you go with intent to buy and not have to accomodate your friends. -
