a lawyer challenged her but the court ruled in her favour.
the lawyer was find $600.

according to the papers there are 6 lanes. drivers are not supposed to cross a double white line.
she stands on an elevated platform and visually takes down the offenders' license plate, car make and colour of the car.

The lawyer must have been out of job... got so much time to argue the case in court.. over such a trivial traffic offence.
Anyway to be a TP, you've got to know alot about cars... at least be able to recognise the make at a glance. What if the fella is driving some wierd, exotic, self-imported India-brand car? If the make, colour and number plate don't tally exactly, the summons is void lor... -
