im thinking of sony and samsung.. preferbly can get at courts cuz im paying by instalment. screensize 10 to 12" dat type.

Dont ever try Fujitsu ladtop..... Their battery lifespan is short.... Their ladtop get heated up easily cos of their intel chip. Based on experience of me and my other friend who own fujitsu.... Acer have no problem expect it harddisc tend to fail after some period which they will replace for free but u will lost ur data... IBM is not bad....

Tablet PCs are also portable and very light too and cost above $3000. I will recommend HP Tablet PCs.
For playing games like CS, you better get a desktop replacement or desktop. These notebooks are more suitable for games. -

If u wan i can check at my workplace @ Sony Square see if they got do installments for laptop not, at the moment the Rx Series Sony Square giving extra 512mb ram upgrade, you walk home with 1gb.

i buy dat sony tx17gp, hope it doesn't crash like wad fi said though.. wait i tui. i find the features for sony more attractive to me, though they are like similar. so far so good.

My school uses tablet PC (I think it was scrapped this year, after running the programme for only one year) and I can safely tell you that fujitsu has the MOST expensive laptops. I can get a 2k laptop with the same specs as the 3k fujitsu laptop. Don't believe go to this year Comex and take all the promotion leftlets and compare.
My junior's fujitsu tablet kena a little water need 1k++ to fix... But luckily its his mother that spilled water on it, if not he is screwed. Even after educational discount for our school, each tablet still costs 3-4k for 1.6GHz Centrino, IR, no bluetooth, 512DDR, 64mb intergrated graphics... Yes its different from laptop but I feel that its still very expensive...
