When will GE 2006 be?

  since the register of votersis being revised and will be completed by end-feb, when you think the elections will be?
  
  not forgetting the recent carrots the govt has been dangling since PM Lee took charge last year, like 5-day work week, cheaper COEs, opening of buangkok mrt, new double-deck buses on road etc.
