Favourite cinema to recommend?

  Any cinemas u people here care to recommend?
  Mine happens to be the one at Beach Road United Artists.
  
  Being an old cinema it boasts one really large theatre (dun compare the large with the newer GV Grand of coz)and 3 slightly smaller ones.
  
  When i 1st went there it was for the screening of 1st in the 3 series of the Star Wars Trilogy Special Edition and i had managed to watch it at the largest screen. Not bad and i managed to catch it at the same screen the consecutive 2 sundays for the next 2 Star Wars series.
  
  Its a great place overall to me and i think u people should give it a go one of these days.
  
  Convenience is another reason i like the place. 1 bus from my house to the cinema and the busstop right in front of the box office(can u beat that??)
  
  So if anyone wants to share and recommend his/her favourite place to watch the movies, feel free....maybe i go check it out one day.
  
  Dun tell me your experiences in watching pirated VCDs(or watsoever) on your or frens home entertainment system in cool cosy home comfort. Provided u admit the general public to your property.

  i hardly watch movie in cinema cos boh lui ^.^;

  Bugis Junction..pop corn nice.. poilet seats !!! bigger space. strong air con. juz cant remember whether got arm rest or not?

  i was watching W&G at the front 2nd row and i did not sprain my neck watching it..in fact i do not need to strectch my head high up...just the degree when u watching TV sitting on the floor....

  I choose Cathay cinemas (only two in Sg??) anytime. Issit a wonder Cineleisure was voted best cinema?

  Some GV cinemas have lousy exits - you have to exit via the rundown back doors, walk down the staircase all the way to ground floor and out of the complex.

  Buy pirated VCDs! Cheaper den Cinema ticket and can watch at the comfort of ur own home!
  
  Honestly, have u noticed many Cinemas are located near to arcades? While waiting for movie start, patrons can relax at the arcade. My fave cinema is at Great World City! Good seats, can buy cheaper snacks from 7-11, lots of gals to see and its next to TimeZone Arcade!

  if i watching sneak previews, i go Century Sq. plush seats, near to home. GV seats are hard..

  Cineleisure, but only during weekdays. Weekends are too crowded. The only grouse about this cineplex is that the sound can be too loud sometimes. Other than that everything else is perfect.
