Need Help In Seeking Payment

Hi all,
Am currently working part-time on weekends and during my semester/term holidays selling digital cameras. I've not receive any pay from late November till now. Where can I seek grievances? Also, my boss is holding back pay so that staff will work for him. many of my friends suggested to go MOM, however I have a problem, as there wasn't any formal contract, any proof of us working. So I'm afraid that MOM may dismiss the case. Please help, he owes me about SGD$1.4k+.Thanks -

otherwise...you can go try talking to the police men at NPP...see what they tell you...and what can be your next course of action... -
why no black & white? lesson learned for you and your friends.
like that your boss can say your pay is only $1 / hour instead of $10/hour as he promised at the beginning. ( even you can prove that you work there)

So how do you suggest I get a black and white from the boss? Honestly, I think that MOM should totally bar such HR agencies, as they are total swindlers. don't go lawyer, do go to the MOM, they are useless...waste time only...
fasterest, simplest, easiest, cheapest way is via media...
just call the Channel U or 8 hotline, tell them your story...then they will help you solve the problem...

they get help you get to the bottom of the matter de...
