Weird Computer Problem

I have this problem whereby whenever I turn on my PC Speakers too loud, my monitor would blink, meaning, it switches off and turns on again. (also, the power indicated it went off and on again).
What is this problem? I can't seem to solve this weird problem that is going on.. Anyone can kindly help? And I'm not looking for post that says "Buy a NEW Monitor" or whatever. Tell me if you know this problem. -
how about a post that says... why u so suay got so many problem with ur pc de?

Try bringing it to your friends' house and turn it on loud. Does the same thing happen? -

sounds like insufficient power supply yo your monitor.
try to use different power points for each item.
Joining them together could cause them to compete for power to run this function, thus causing the other to lose power... -

Causes:
1) Your motherboard may have leaking or swollen capacitors
Solution = change mboard, cpu and ram
2) Your Power Supply Unit may be failing
Solution = replace the PSU
3) Your sound card or the PCI slot which sound card is in is faulty
Solution = replace sound card or mboard
4) Rarely but can happen, your RAM may be failing or faulty
Solution = replace all RAM -
