let's just say during my JC days, there was no such thing as "discipline master" in my JC..
we didn't really care about going to classes and went only when we needed to..
we all turned out pretty well because of one thing we were taught then.. "Self-Discipline"
the discipline came from ourselves.. and whatever we did, there would be consequences we faced ourselves...
that is, if we didn't attend classes and failed, it was our fault and no one else's because the teachers taught and taught well...
and my JC had absolutely no discipline problems because we were treated as adults and therefore, we behaved as adults.. -
