Gyu-gaku (chijmes) - one of the best in terms of service

  i have gone to many restaurants.
  
  I used to think that Waraku has the best service.
  However, I think i have to move Warauku to second place after having dinner at Gyu-gaku at Chijmes.
  
  I think Gyu-gaku has the best service. Their staff is polite, nice and attentive.
  
  Anyone has the good experience of the service given by a restauratn?
  
  BTW, Gyu-gaku's restaurant manager in Chijmes looks like Leslie Cheung.

  Sun Japanese Dining service is also not bad. also at CHIJMES
