  anyone knows where can i change a big amount of coins into notes?
  
  i dnt want banks cause got surcharge.

  Go market. The fishmongers, vegetable sellers, fruit sellers, flower sellers and hawkers will want to change with you.

  What kind of coins? If 10 cents kind one, maybe at the most they exchanged for $10.
  
  $1 kind can exchange up to $50.

  cuz they have the coin and notes counting machine. But you must count your coins first and put them nicely in a bag with the amount tag. Then they will check and pass you the larger notes.

  You pay in 1 cent coins up to the value of 2 dollars, the same goes for 5 cent coings. It's legal, really.

  the best place to try are actually the small coffee stalls in hawker centres.
