How do get to Capitaland Building?

The person said drop off at Raffles Place and then go Lau Pa Sat, I checked on Streetdirectory.com.sg but no result on Capitaland Building.. Anyone mind to give me directions?

I think this is the building with strange lift system. Must change lift one. Go to mid level floor to access top floors.

captialand happens to own a few buildings in singapore leh....even overseas...
