hai , i have passed my secoundary schoold days , i feel that if you really feel uncomfortable with him , talk to him and if he / she still have that problem , tell your teacher. If she dun want to change your or his seats , Ask her to observe him as what you describled . hopefully , that will help. Using violence DUN help but make to matter worse

Having been in this kind of situation before, i understand your feelings . My sec 3 classmate used to bully me enjoying throwing my pencil box into dustbin , taking my books etc. He was a real terror, he thought it was "fun".
But all that stopped when i made my feelings known to him. I told him how hurtful his actions were and how i would appreciate him to stop. Sometimes , being frank and honest with the person will help to solve this problem.
Fighting, etc will not work as it will just result in a vicous cycle. -

Nth is permanent, who knows? maybe next time sec4 etc you all become friends? lol and result become about the same also? -
and btw.. those who are arrogant and proud just because they are doing well at the moment is actually foolish (i dun mean stupid). They ignorant of ways of society, if he do this.. ppl wont like him, only create enemies.
When he is not doing so well next time, he will find that he has actually made alot of enemies, and finding comfort from those around him will be harder. -

Tell him that he is pissing you off, then give him 3 more chances.
After 3 strikes, just pull a prank that would prove how merciless you are, and strike terror in his heart.Well....use it to deter him from doing it again. Plus, you did give him an advance warning. If all else fails, slap his face , smile and tell him nicely to F-off. Give him reasons to realise what a loser he actually is. -
