So whose wife go KK give birth one? You all choose the dedicated gyne or let gahmen arrange? I heard if dedicate gyne means will not get any subsidy in the final bill?
From friends, I gather the overall bill for private hospital and using KK hospital dedicated gyne is about the same but for some complications gahmen hospital better.
So anyone know of any KK gyne who also got clinic in woodlands area so ppl no need all the time go KK but goes to clinic for checkup?
Those use other private hospital wanna share final bill is how much? Assume no complication smooth smooth pop out baby.
Private Hospital range is ard 3 - 4 K ?
KK Dedicated Gyne 3 - 4 K ?

You either go to their specialist clinic where you are refered to a single gyne.
or you go to pre-natal clinic where any gyne will go to you at random (poly clinic style).
As for costing, i am very sure it is still cheaper than private hospital provided you are singaporean.
for subsidy wise. not too sure. you can call moh or ask your gp for info. -
You all know if take bus come down from novena is drop at which bus stop? See map there are 2 stops. So which stop is closer to the C clinic entrance? The bus stop opposite the taxi stand or much further down? KK very big I think.

The C clinic is near..the entrance. -
Actually if you go specialist one for checkup, it probably is 10% cheaper than most private one (assuming normal delivery) but if you go for the dedicated one in The Private Suite, it is comparable to those private hospital. Utumately it is the room charge, the meal charge and the surgery charges that makes the difference. Entrance is near the taxi stand?
I know I got do market survey. If dedicate gyne in KK the total cost add up is close or similar to private hospital. But the only thing that differentiate is touch wood got complications during operation most private hospitals also transfer patient to gahmen hospital cuz they have better facilities equipment and more specialist to consult each other. I got a colleague at Gleneagles but twins and early give birth they also send her to NUH for operatation.
Also for KK, if choose dedicated also got evening clinics on weekends for checkup at AMK or SengKang so pregnant women no need take leave or MC go checkup and depend where you live, you save on transport time.
I think B1 ward of 4 beds each is good enuff... A ward too lonely lah
