  Not only in advertising line but across all industries. We live in a peverted twisted and insane world. You live by their rules. If not happy then set your own rules like setup your own little Doomsday cult and get like minded ppl together to pray for a quick death for all ppl in this world

  Split into teams/groups.. of cos hv to perform by all means to be 'noticed'. It's not unusual abt the comptetitiveness in this line. One account gone, it may be the end of the line for u in the agency.

  Being anal has it's pros ba... it get things done faster.
  
  Dun worry, there are decent AD/CD out there... sometimes, when things gets tight... tempers will flare. It may be a thing to ask she or him at the right time.
