One of the Top 3 last year can
4 20kg plates a side smith machine benchpress 10 reps
3 20kg plates a side smith machine shoulderpress 10 reps
6 20kg plates a side on OL barbell deadlift/squat

even the bottom positions last year can deadlift 180kg - 8 reps
