Another exercise again.
SINGAPORE : A mock terror attack involving the 'detonation' of a bomb in a vehicle will take place at the Chomp Chomp Hawker Centre at Serangoon Garden Circus on Sunday.
It is part of the Emergency and Preparedness Day organised by the Serangoon Constituency.
The exercise will take place at 11am but the Serangoon Garden Circus and Serangoon Garden Way, which is the road between Lorong Chuan and Serangoon Garden Circus, will be closed between 10:15am to 12:30pm.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area during the period as only authorised vehicles will be allowed access.
All public buses serving the area will also be diverted.
Parking along peripheral roads will be strictly enforced and vehicles found parking illegally or causing obstruction will be towed away. - CNA/de -

there is no fear involved, thus there wont be panic.
without panic everything can easily be controlled.
