UOB electron debit cannot be used for internet transaction?

  Do you mean internet banking or online payment, such as payment of delivery orders from the net ?
  
  If it's internet banking:
  To own a debit card means that you will need to maintain an active saving bank account with that bank. In your case, if you already have the debit card, you should have a bank account with UOB. You will have to apply for internet banking with the bank and activate it through a ATM. After that, you can proceed with your internet banking.

  i dun think..electron card cannot..last time i got i tried also cannot..
  only debit or credit card can

  yeah i also think electron cannot use for internetl transactions..
  
  electron and debit is a bit different leh
  
  electron on the card is write Visa Electron while debit is no different like credit card.

  But the surface design from far look like a credit card so it gives prestige to the user when actually it is like a nets card like you say but instead of pin it provides you a chance to practise your signature which nets do not allow

  When I got my new credit card this year, I forgot to sign behind it, I used it, sign on the receipt, the cashier bothered to check, but never ask why my credit card no signature. wtf?!?!

  UOB Visa Electron is valid for paypal verification.
  Tried and proven.
  
  the rest of the internet sites I dunno...not really into buying things from the net...

  i dun even noe how to sign my signature =.=
