its littering. its illegal. if u bring a plastic bag, at most u get an indecent exposure but that is too far fetched.

whats wrong with clipping nails in public leh?
sometimes i do that too... the feeling of having to clip away part of the nail and cant because no nail clipper is unbearable -
Imagine chipped nails flying all over the place. You wouldn't like it would you? Especially if you're the one sitting beside that guy...

my nails wont anyhow fly one.
it just drop directly on the floor. -
Quite a disgrace to the public... So disgusting to clip nails in public.

Oh ya last friday i was having common test in sch , then i hav finish my paper and suprising i found my nail cutter in my pencil case in the end i even took off my shoes and socks and start cutting the toes nails and the teacher and my friends don even care -
