  Rinse the eyes out with a healthy spray of WD-40 or Castrol Degreaser! Sure to dissolve the Chilli !!

  Dude, why not cut a lot of onions for your friend, and get him to inhale the vapours as much as he can. Easiest way to get him tearing.
