me 19 only 165...look so small...
i think playing sports when u r young and especially at puberty age does help..since yr bones will grow..but ppl like my age have to admit fate...
btw anyone here shorter than me ..

it's all about nutrition and genetics...
good nutrition helps.. the rest is up to genetics... you cannot change the latter...
artificially, the whackjobs in PRC will break your legs in order to lengthen them.. again and again...
if you have the moolah, the time and the insanity to try it, you can go there and ask.. -
think taking calcium food is the most practical way? didnt know about long beans.. long food = grow longer?

btw i heard there's a kind of op that inserts some metal thing into your legs to make them longer? -
Break ur legs and wait for them to grow. Can add 10cm to ur height.

its best to start young, as it's dependent on that individual...some genes inside the body allow us to grow whereas some doesn't...
you have to know when is the height burb (watever the word is, i suck at spelling...) age....when its time to grow, you will not notice it...
the more you try means and ways to grow, you will not grow, you just eat more of those things that helps you in growing, change your diet slight a bit...and don't think so hard on growing taller...then you will be fine..you can ask those people around you...how do they grow so tall..their answer all standard...don't know / milk everyday / basketball/ exercise...those really tall one, sure say don't know, coz they lifestyle makes their body have the need to grow tall...
just don't dwell too much into being tall...and besides...if your really want to grow tall...seek professional help...doctors...not normal doctors...i don;t know the department name for them...i think should be something related to bones and genes de...if i'm not wrong... -

You can go for operations to lengthen your bones. Works even after puberty. But very painful. Last time alexkusu suggested breaking bones to grow taller. This has been done before, but like the lengthening of bones operation, it is very painful.
The next bet, genetic engineering. I am hoping for some breakthroughs.
