I watched CNA. It shows a scene where a teh tarik vendor pour the drink high, like usual. It says it's to aeriate it better, so it can bring the aroma out better, thus more enjoyable.
So.......
Same like wine what.
Why dont they serve teh tarik with wine glasses and teach people to gargle it, like wine.
And conversely with wine too.....why dont a waiter in a restaurant pour wine high, to aeriate it better and bring out the wine aroma too, like teh tarik.
Actually it's ridiculous. They should have same treatment and same ways of enjoyment.
