Why are people still following the 90s fashions?

can u see many kids, teens (note its now 2006) still wearing 77th street type of clothes. Why has it not changed since the early 90s? Now is 2006 already...why hasnt the fahsion designers come out with new ideas?

do not shoot yr mouth before yr brain.
