Fashion: Do girls look better in ties?

I have a thing for girls in collared blouse and tie. I think due to their narrower shoulders it looks very sexy and gentle womanly. The piece of tie rests between their lovely bossoms..insta turnons!

I think the tie is sort of emphasized the cleavage for the lady bosoms. So having a tie that flow down will sort of amplify the mountains? To some guys they may visually substitute the tie for something else and hence it is a turn on for you?
